Kitchen Design and Planning in Sarasota & Manatee County
A kitchen remodel is the job where hidden conditions show up first: old wiring behind the cabinets, plumbing that was never quite to code, a soffit hiding a duct run. We document what's actually there before design is final, and price the fix before it becomes a change order.
What the scope covers
- Layout and cabinet plans drawn before demolition
- Cabinetry, countertops, and hardware with clear allowances
- Electrical and plumbing locations shown on the drawings
- Tile, backsplash, and millwork specifications and schedules
- Appliance selection coordinated with the install date
